Items ordered and paid for will ship within 24-48 hours and you will receive an email notification with tracking information once shipment is fulfilled, unless otherwise mentioned.
The shipment window begins once orders leave our facility.
One of a kind fragrances can take up to 15 weekdays to be prepared.
We will send tracking info for customer to know when your product arrives. We do not accept responsibility if product says delivered by the postal service but customer claims to not have product. This will have to be taken up between customer and postal service. We will accept responsibility if we put in a wrong address from what was given to us or if the package is lost in the mail with proof from postal service .
*Atypical is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We happily replace any damaged items reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
